The final concert in the series honors music written in tribute and friendship. The Kungsbacka Piano Trio performs Rachmaninov’s Second Piano Trio, dedicated to his mentor Tchaikovsky, as well as works written for the trio by Swedish composers Britta Byström and Daniel Börtz. The program concludes with Beethoven’s beloved Archduke Trio. Poste Restante celebrates the trio’s 30th anniversary with six concerts of personally significant repertoire.
